Cubase is randomly crashing when i try and quit the application. The instruments unload and then after 5 seconds BAM! i get the crash message
It’s been going on since a while now. Please could you help me solve this issue
Currently on the Cubase 14 pro trial

I had the same issues with the early 12 versions and at some point an update fixed it.
My turnaround was to first close the project and then quit the program. Not sure how you do it but worths giving a try till it’s fixed.

I have the same problem. I’m on cubase 12, and I’ve narrowed it down to kontakt. If I quit a project that does not have Kontakt is loaded as a VST everything saves and quits fine. If I try to close any project where Kontakt is loaded as a VST, Cubase will hang and disply the following message, “Releasing Eucon”. I have fir e quit Cubase on MAC after about 5 minutes.
