Cubase 14 crasah every 5 min , pleaseeee help me

hey there
my cubase crash every 5 min
i cannot open 2 projects never
when i open sec project cubase crash
even when no vst is open still
i never was so sad and mad at the same time
now i even see most of the crash not even regester on the crashdumps folder
i have super strong i9 computer

From what I see this is an “Access violation” exception caused by Nexus.vst3.

You’ll want to update that guy or otherwise remove/troubleshoot around that I think.

I’m on MacOS and have to parse them in a VM so I stopped looking after seeing the 3rd party vst referenced. No lazy, but working with Windb in the VM isn’t great. :slight_smile:

The last two uploads are identical, that is the same file twice.

No, one file crashes in “ACE Bridge 2” and another in “nvwgf2umx.dll”. So there are different reasons for it.

However the file “nvwgf2umx.dll” seems to be part of the Nvidia drivers and that can cause other parts crash, because of instabilities in the graphics drivers.

First of all I would try to either update the drivers to the latest version and also make sure you are using the so called “Studio Drivers”, avoid the gaming stuff. It is known to cause trouble.
