The activation manager tells me “no license found” after I activated a C12 license upgrade I bought but didn’t download nor activate in 2023. I activated the license on 6/11 then immediately checked the grace period option.
Anyone know what the problem might be?

Ensure, you bought the correct upgrade, please. Which version did you upgrade from, please? Which upgrade exactly did you buy, please?
The original upgrade was from my Pro 11 to Pro 12, bought directly from the Steinberg website in 2023. Activated a week ago. I have bought updates from Steinberg directly various times since Cubase 9.

Could you attach a screenshot from the Steinberg Activation Manager, please?
Ed finally got back to me. He pointed me to the Vouchers tab in my account that I’d never looked at. There’s a grace period redeem code there. My bad. I never thought to look there. I’d assumed it all had to be done via the activation manager.
