Cubase 14 + Ozone 11 Performance

Ozone is generally known for its high resource consumption. When I wanted to use the plugin again I realized that during the learning phase the performance of the computer is not sufficient to maintain the audio data stream and I suspect that data is written beyond the buffer, because at some point the audio output no longer works at all until Cubase is restarted. Are there any experiences or workarounds that go beyond rendering all tracks with “Render in Place” beforehand? Unfortunately that is not enough.
