Cubase 14 Pro and Yamaha UR816-C

I run Cubase 14 Pro 14.0.20 build 240 on MacOS Ventura 13.3.1.
I have a Yamaha UR816-C with firmware V3.1.7

When ever I start Cubase with Build-inn Audio its works, when I start it with the UR816C it gets stuck. I reinstalled everything from scratch, same result.

What is going on?

Do you mean, it freezes? Do you see the Spinning Beachball Of Death? What do you see on the screen? Isn’t there any window hiden behind other window?

Is the Audio Device’s driver (and firmware) up to date?

Yes, it freezes with the beachball of death. My driver is up to date.

Hi,

What do you see on the screen? Is it before the Stienberg Hub during the splash screen? What is written on the splash screen? Or does the Steinberg Hub load already? Or have you already clicked to Create (or Open) a project?

Isn’t there a window/dialog hidden behind another window?
