Cubase 14 pro Crash like 10 times today

Hi Martin you know that Cubase does NOT produce a dmp file if it freezes.
So I did not get any even though Cubase froze four times on loading Waves StudioRack today, see my post update :

C14 crashing most days

NEW CRASH with Waves StudioVerse this time, no dump produced but here is a screenshot with the Windows Task Manager showing Cubase stuck. This is an empty project based on my regular template. I cannot state enough how I’d prefer stability and smooth workflow over new plugins. [C14-crash]
