Newbie here I just bought Cubase 14 pro and I got my activate code, added it in the ‘Redeem…’ but where’s the download link? I thought I would get the download code after I activated it?
Welcome to the Forum.
So did you purchase really “Cubase” or is it “Cubasis”, which is the app on Android and iOS. Your posting is in the Cubasis forum.
If you want to download Cubase (which I assume) just go the download site and get the Download Assistant, login with your user account and from there you can get the product components.
and here is a document for the Download assistant.

I’m having the same issue, upgraded to pro from artist, but when i open cubase its still artist. I done the code, everything, in my account its saying cubase pro isnt activated on any computer. I ve submitted a ticket about this

Please follow the instructions @JuergenP provided above. If you haven’t yet downloaded and installed Cubase 14 on your rig it will be difficult to work with it …
Did you start the Activation Manager and activate the Pro license? It will stay on the previous license until you do this.

Hey JuergenP I also bought the pro version but it’s only 14? Do I need to use the activation manager to change it to Cubase 14 Pro?
yes open up activation manager, click on cubase pro 14 to activate
