When I click to the right of the command and open the box to type in my key strokes it wont let me enter more than 1. Example: S2 it will say S is used and I can’t add the 2. Example: ctrl+shift+T it says c is already used. I even tried copy and paste.
How do you enter multiple key strokes?
How do you get a list of keys or combinations of strokes not used for key commands?
Thank you
That’s how Key Commands work. It takes one key plus optional modifier keys (Shift, Ctrl & Alt).
I can’t make sense of this. You press Shift+Ctrl+T and Cubase tells you “C” is already used??

Sorry you couldn’t understand my explanation but your question helped me. I would open the box and try to type ctrl and it would stop at C and say its already used could not type anymore. I opened the box again and pressed shift and 1 and it worked then I did the same with shift and 2. I even did shift and 3. Your question with press shift was the answer. I did lose the previous functions which I hope I don’t need. Thank you for responding to my question.

Yes, you don’t have to write down “ctrl”, “shift” or “alt”. Instead you just press the keys.
