Cubase 14 Pro not recognizing my Presonus Faderport 8

When I upgraded from Cubase 11 Pro to 14 Pro it no longer recognizes my Faderport. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you on Mac or Windows?

Does it mean you don’t see the MIDI Port at all, or the Remote Device doesn’t work? If the Remote Device doesn’t work, did you use it as Mackie Control or a MIDI Remote?

I am windows 11. The remote device doesn’t work. I see midi ports designated for it, but it doesn’t respond since my upgrade. I am pretty certain it was just plug and play when I first got the fader port with Cubase 11.

What kind of Remote Device do you mean? Do you mean MIDI Remote Device (have you tried to set the MIDI Port manually), or dedicated Presonus component, or Mackie Control (have you tried to set the MIDI Port manually)?

I ran into the same problem when crossgraded to N14 from N11, faderport won’t respond…
