When you right click on the canvas to bring up the tool bar, usually clicking on the arrow will give you an option to change the arrow from normal sizing, to sizing moves content or sizing applies time stretch, but on C14 it doesnt give you any option so the only way to choose the different options is to go to top tool bar and click the arrow which will give you the 3 options.
This surely has to be a bug rather than a feature removed?

I always used that feature in C13 as well. Just hold shift before you drag something to time stretch.

It’s a known issue, not a removed feature. Should hopefully get fixed in an upcoming maintenance update.

Just noticed this too.
Good to hear that it’s a known issue already. Hopefully the fix will also make the menu appear a little bit faster than it did in C13 (which felt like I had to wait for it, instead of getting the options immediately)
Actually, I just realized that I can use the “1” key to switch to time stretch, which is even faster (at least it feels so to me) than my old method. This is what I will do from now on
PS. @Primo100 Your method with holding shift sounds great, but for some reason I can’t make this work. Maybe I’m missing somthing.
Goto > Prefs>Editing>Tool Modifiers>Size Objects>Timestretch : then choose your modifier keys
