I’ve redeemed a couple of the add-ins included with my Cubase 14 Pro upgrade without too many problems (but with the usual back and forth). However, I haven’t been able to install Air Multi-chorus using the Steinberg link provided (to: airmusictech.com/cubase-offer/).
I’ve signed up on this linked page (several times), and also installed inMusic Software Center, and registered and logged in as a user. But the site is pretty confusing, and I can’t figure out how to find the Multi-chorus add-in software and set it up.
I’ve just put in a support request through the inMusicStore (although I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask for help! :), and it’s the weekend, so it might be a few days before I get a response).
Anyone else having a problem redeeming this particular voucher, or can someone provide detailed instructions how to download and activate this add-in?

Once you signed in on the website, you receive an email (check your spam folder). Follow the instruction (basically, you have to install inMusic licencer and from there, type your new email redeem code).
