Cubase 14 vs 15 Experience

Hello I upgraded recently to Cubase 15.

I noticed that enabling/disabling tracks seems to take a really long time. I am not sure if it is because of the new sound slots? Sometimes when I click the midi, it takes a moment also for the sound slot to show up. I am wondering if its also that latency that is causing my sounds to stutter a lot.

I tested the same project in Cubase 14, and even BBCSO seems to load and be playable much faster than Cubase 15.

I currently tested Berklee Orchestra, CSS/CSB/CSW combo, and BBSCO. Adding a new track and loading it is tougher in Cubase 15 than 14. Is it just my end, or is this an issue that people are aware of? I tried to do a search but I only get the famous BBSCO loading time thread.

It is not me, if It is just you I do not know. Cubase 15 is great. Did you change to your asio driver in v15?

I am using MacOS so not sure if i can change an ASIO driver?

I just seem to beach ball a bit when enabling and disabling, which was never present before in cubase 14. I also timed the enabling of instruments in Cubase 15 vs 14, and I found BBCSO Vln 1 loaded much faster in 14 than 15.

Expression maps were reworked with 15.
