My cubase 14 won’t see Kontakt 8 even tho the vst is in the right folder. What can I do?
What is the right folder? What is your o/s?
Is it in the blocklist?
Is there a custom VSTi list active?
You need to add the newly installed instruments by hand to that list.
Only the “default” list gets updated automatically.
Actually, there is an “custom” list activated. I did it by mistake and I don’t know how to change it. That could be it maybe?

Open the Plugin Manager and delete the list there, or just select the default list in the drop-down.
