Youâd only find the problem if you export individual tracks instead of main/sum mixes.
Exporting individual audio tracks will be silence if the group is muted or volume off, not routed, etc.
It works on my side. Can you please start a new topic for this and add an exact repro? Maybe add a project file as well.

They have not changed the behaviour. When you export an individual audio track that is in Summing Mode routed to a group, it takes the export path of the group automatically.
ie, if you reduce the group bus volume to off, the audio tracks direct out will be silence.
You are right, it is much better to not give step by step repros and to bury any potential bug report in an unsorted announcement topic, where nobody will find it.

I think, obviously, I wasnât clear when I said âitâs not a bug, itâs by designâ, so
Itâs not a bug, I had already communicated via tech support email and had a back and forth, they tech agent got in touch directly with development and the response is that it is by design.
I was just making someone aware of how Direct Out/Summing Mode functions and the downsides before locking in their projects via a template before discovering said downside.
