it’s been talked about already. 15.0.20 introduces new video export options, for some reason, that is interfering with Render in Place.

Mute the video track on your timeline, and RIP should work as should

Is it possible to reproduce easily? What steps? Settiings? Screenshot/Video?
Also, can you tag the thread with ‘issue’.

thanks

Thank you so much, dear Teo, for the tip, it worked perfectly. I truly hope this gets addressed in the next update, as it’s such an essential feature, especially for those of us working on movie scores with countless tracks to manage

To help the work around I’ve created a macro that 1) uses PLE to mute the video track, 2) runs render in place with current settings (what I use most often) and then 3) PLE again to unmute the video. I’ve reassigned my render in place key command to the macro. Works as smoothly as it did before the problem.
