No matter how small or large a project, Cubase 15.06 taking forever to unload (20+ seconds before I can select another project in the hub). Any ideas?
I think it depends a lot on the size of the project and the computer’s performance. You can try Austin Hull’s Cubase 15 demo project. For comparison, it takes 6 seconds here from closing it (File > Close) until the hub is responding again.
The new project preview may also take some time when closing the project, if it is always generated automatically.
Is your computer offline? There is a known issue.

Can you load a “problem file” and than check your Tasksmanager - performance - memory
to see how much memory the file is using? I have projects 60.000 kb, but loaded 50gb.
That takes some time.
OK, after closing Austin hull’s demo it took 32 seconds for the hub to become responsive
My templates are relatively small, less than 2 gb an yes, I am online
OK, the old trick of “deleting the preferences” fixed the problem, now after closing any project the hub responds almost immediately! Thanks for all the input…

But your not really calling a 2 Gbyte template small, do you?
To be clear, the project file is about 56,000kb but takes around 2gb of ram
