When playback is running, you can’t use the instrument search bar while creating a new instrument. you can’t click there. doesn’t work

It works on my side (also Mac). Isn’t just the cursor black? What happens, if you start typing?
This only happens during playback. When the track is stopped or paused, it doesn’t occur.
When I start typing, my key commands from the project become active. For example, if I type the letter “B,” it triggers a bounce, because that command is assigned to the “B” key
I’ve seen this too, but I can’t figure out how to make it happen. I’ve seen it happen when not in playback.
