Cubase 15 Bug: Audio Connections lost every new start

Please help !
Every time I load a project or create a new project, the audio connections of “stereo in” and “stereo out” are lost. Every time I have to load them again.
I use Cubase 15 pro

So I am not seeing this problem. You don’t mention the OS you are using or the interface and drivers.

Your selected ASIO device driver in the Studio Setup → Audio System.

It might be possible that your Cubase doesn’t close correctly when you quit it. So called silent crashes during shutdown would lead to the behavior that you describe. Do you get any error message when starting Cubase?

The ASIO device driver that Windows will use to handle the device. That driver will connect to Cubase.

It is possible that you use a WDM driver together with the Generic ASIO or the Built In ASIO driver.

I can screen shot driver arrears. could it be helpful to find out the drivers?

In Driver arrears I chose ‘‘Unevarsal Audio Thunderbolt ‘‘

Same problem here (C15.0.20/Windows 11). First time opening a project I’m told my audio I/F is disconnected. I close Cubase, launch again and open the same project - no problem. Happens every time with any project.

Well, there must be some solution, because this is a fundamental issue …

I get the same thing.

Every single time I open cubase i have go set the audio ins outs, etc.

I have presets stored so it is easier to do.

Cubase 15 pro

Windows 11 pro

Focusrite Clarett 4pre usb

Can you check, if there is a Default preset in the dropdown menu, and if yes, try to save your disired settings as a Default setting(overwrite the current Default).
Repeat for the Stereo Out, this helped over here.

Yes me too! But the point is: Are all the connections you made in the default-preset loaded correctly?

Well it´s debatable if this is a real bug or just an inconvenience.
For me it´s mostly a display problem, as long as the audio-configuration is loaded correctly I´m ok.

I used reaper and Bitwig 6 also in in these Daw You configure output input at once. And forget about this
