Is this a static pc? By that I mean does it stay in one place and the interface always connected? Have you tried another usb cable? Probably not the problem but worth a try. I’ve never seen this problem myself on windows 10 or 11. Is it company specific? Are all these cases focusrite?

I switched on Pc then switched on Uad interface waiting 5 minutes, and only after that I launched Cubase. And oh miracle)) it kept the routing template.. I dont know the farther how will be but the fact is that tis trick is worked ..it was Chat Gpt sauggestion
