however, closing Cubase and reopening fixed it.
I have the same Problem. I set up my template and had some old unused files in the trash. if i try to delete certain files it crashes after closing the pool or saving. It also crashes every project when i try to create a backup of the whole project. could be the same problem.

Do you have the latest 15.0.20 installed? If I’m not mistaken, this issue has been fixed for 15.0.20.
Just updated and it seems to work. I had to delete all files by selecting them and hitting backspace to remove them from pool. If i chose erase or right click and remove unused files it still crashed. Haven‘t checked if the backup works aswell now.
Still glad to see that getting fixed.
