I have been away from the forum for quite a while now. I chose not to go to Cubase 15 Pro when it appeared as I could see very little new in it that interested me. Cubase 14 continues to be rock solid even though my system is now old (as am I). So, I haven’t needed to keep up with the chatter and topics.
I have upgraded to Spectralayers Pro 13 and bought a couple of instruments in the meantime, but now I see that 15 is on sale, so I should consider it, but only if there’s a consensus that it’s reliable. I am a very long term, professional user and I flex Cubase pretty hard.
Sure I can download and trial it, but I’d like to hear from other users.

Like you I found Cubase 14 rock solid.
Upgraded to 15 kept my 14 version on my set-up but never needed.
I don’t think Cubase 15 has crashed once.
This is good to hear so far. On the one hand, I like to stay up to date with latest versions. On the other I don’t want my current and efficient workflow to be interrupted. I would of course keep C14 in place. I currently have C13 C8.5 (for legacy and archive retrieval purposes) and SX3 for converting really old projects.
Have I missed any, in your opinions, must-have new features, on the audio side? I have no need for chord palettes, step sequencers and more drum machines. I already have Pro stem splitting. I do like the neat way that folders can create group audio channels, but it’s only a couple of clicks to do it manually.
I would love to see an AI driven repair area where glitches, gaps and distortion etc can be selected and then fixed quickly and seemlessly. I’d like Event Export to include an Mp3 option. I’d like any CPU overload (F12) to suggest which plug in is going rogue. I did revisit C15’s feature list today, but I still think it’s pretty meagre for my kind of daily use.
