Cubase 15 Multioutput / Kickstart 2 Bug

Has anyone encountered this bug in Cubase 15 that seems to happen on multioutput instrument channels. For example, I turn TRIAZ multioutputs on, I want to use the Kick track from the multioutput to trigger the sidechain in Kickstart 2 on lets say the hats, no signal is being sent although you can clearly see the audio signal in the sidechain window that pops up when clicking sidechain on the plugin.

Turning the plugin off and on seems to work for a brief moment, then its no signal again. Directly using an instrument or sending from an Audio channel is fine, the bug only happens on a multioutput channel. If I use Shaperbox for the same job there are no issues.

At first I thought this was a plugin issue, I created a video for Cableguys and they believe its a Cubase problem not a Kickstart 2 problem.

SIDE NOTE: I am on Windows 11, 64G DDR5, 14900K, 5090, 6 X SSD, Apollo X16 / Apollo Twin X

UPDATE: Now solved, possible corrupt runtimes, reinstalled + runtimes, all good

I’ve been using a different multi-out plugin constantly since CB15 dropped and haven’t noticed anything like this (on Mac).

Have you tried it in a fresh project to rule out other interactions?

Hi thanks for your reply, its specifically in regards to Kickstart 2, this is why I contacted the developers first and sending them a video demonstrating the problem, they suggested it may be a Cubase problem. I made a post here in the hopes someone else can test it out :slight_smile:
