Cubase-15 not creating sounds from keyboard controller

Could you double-check the MIDI Monitor? Can you see incoming MIDI data?

Is the Input Channel set to Any Input?

Could you double-check the Preferences > MIDI > MIDI Filter? By default, only the SysEx message filter is enabled for both Payback and Thru.

Double-check the Preferences > Record > MIDI > Record-Enable allows MIDI Thru. Is this option enabled?

Double-check the Preferences > MIDI > MIDI Thru Active. Is this option enabled?

Once I checked this I noticed I had other items checked in addition to SysEx in the MIDI. Filter.

Although didn’t seem to make any difference at first. Just after this I tried putting the settings back to factory settings, turned the computer off and back on again and everything seemed to have reset and I haven’t had any issues since.
