Cubase 15 playhead jumps to end by itself, even when I am recording. Checked peripherals such as my keyboard and some Cubase options, have no idea what is causing it.
When you start recording? Is your left locator at the end of your project? You may want to check your Common Record Modes settings.
Can you post an image of the entire Project Page for a Project which is exhibiting this behavior.

Did what you’ve suggested, didn’t fix the bug.
You didn’t answer the questions I asked 
Nor understood it. But no my start is not on the rightmost. It starts normally then sometimes randomly just stops and goes to the end of project file.
If you have ‘Video Follows Editing’ Enabled……turn it off. If you have an event selected, the transport will jump to that regardless of Video included in project or not.

Aight, I think this might be the solution. Randomly saw this after seeing your screenshot above and thought I might give this option also a go. Have been replaying the project after turning this off and now nothing skips. I will mark this as a solution after I give it a day or two.
