When I start Cubase 15 Pro, the program loads, I open a project, things start loading in the Cubase “Loading MixConsole”, and then the program hangs when connecting to Control Room. Is this still the same problem with the Windows update and the Cubase “fix” that is supposed to come out at the end of May? What do I do in the meantime?
OK, uninstalled the three Windows updates (KB5082417, KB5054156 and KB5083769) which were push-installed on April 26, when my 5-week pause for updates expired. So I uninstalled them and Cubase works fine. But that’s just a band-aid - waiting for some sort of a solid resolution to this whole issue.
