In previous versions of Cubase when I select an instrument to create a new track the new track would be selected to play. Now I find the previous track is still selected to play on. How to return it to the previous behavior?
This is a known issue (or the new way to work, I don’t know). Still, as a workaround, you can drag&drop the vst instrument into the project arrangement view instead of the tracks’ panel. This way it will get selected upon creation.
