Cubase 15 projects templates

Using macmini m4, in cubase 15 I would like to create a new project using projects template in the hub, but it can not be loaded, it just open the finder with the last project, the folder in media bay factory content is empty, where to download it, how to fix it?

Do you have the latest Cubase 15.0.10 installed, please? Have you read these threads?

Hi Martin,

thanks, Using c15.0.10 I went through the links and propably find it, but I am not sure - is it standard to see nothing in Media bay in factory content as well in user content (just the folder I created in which I saved a test template)

When I click in hub on e.g. Classic House template I open the file structure / user / Library / preferences / cubase 15 / Projects templates + open and it creates the project so its all ok, but there is nothing in the folder???

Have you tried to reinstall/update the MediaBay component, please?
