Since I have up graded to Cubase 15 the program stops working after about 3 minutes.
I then have the close the Program and restart project from the resents list.
Are you on Mac or Windows? A helpful thing would also be your specs.
I would not post logs unless asked (for privacy reasons as I do not know if the logs contain personably identifiable information) but they can be found:
Windows - C:\Users\username\MyDocuments\Steinberg\crashdumps
MacOS - Documents/Steinberg/Crashdumps
You are talking about crash or freeze dumps, they do not contain PII data and they are usually very helpful.
So yes, if there is a dump you xan upload it here.
Not really a crash. I’ll get up for water When I come back Cubase 15 is Un responsive.
I then have to quit Cubase 15 and reopen my project to get it working again.
I have been Cubase since before SX. I don’t understand the new Licensing all the way yet. I am running Cubase 14 at another studio with no problems.
This has nothing to do with licensing. If Cubase starts the license check was succesful and it doesn’t need the internet anyway, after activation.
On what operating system are you?
Dell Desktop PC “nothing special” With Scarlet 2i2. In the time it takes to write this the Audio dropped out but the channel meters are active, while the stereo out meters are not active. In another two minutes there will be no meters and will require a project restart.
What operating system and version, please. The details do matter, even if you think it’s nothing special 
Is this only happening with Cubase 15? Do you still have on this PC the version you upgraded from? Does it have the same problem?
Does the audio fade out or just hard-stop?
Does this happen on a brand new project?
