I’ve upgraded to cubase to 6.5 on my windows 7. Installed the 32 bit version and everything works fine.
The problem is that on my laptop I still have Cubase 4.5 (Windows XP SP3, computer not powerful enough to handle Win7), and Cubase doesn’t work anymore on this notebook.
I thought the main problem could be that license has been upgraded to authorize Cubase 6, and is not valid anymore for Cubase 4, but it’s not only that: Hypersonic 2, that is installed on my laptop, doesn’t work either, and even the non-steinberg softwares that use the e-licenser don’t work anymore, after the license has been upgraded.
On the main PC with Win7 everything works fine.
Any ideas?
