Cubase 5.5.2 crashing

Hey guys… 5.5.2 is constantly crashing and wanting me to resave my project with another name or it adds the “_01” text to my title. Sometimes it will boot up, sometimes it won’t. I’m spending more time restarting than working. I’m attaching two crash logs that cubase creates when it dies. Take a look at the attachments and see if any can figure out why I’ve went from a fairly stable system to a nightmare.

I’m running:
5.5.2
AMD Athlon 64 processor 3500+ / 2.2ghz / 2gb ram / windows xp - sp3

I’ve had issues like this in the past. Often, it’s a corrupt plug-in instance that causes the problem. Did you send this over to tech support?
