[Cubase 5] assign tempo to Midi file without tempo map

I have an midi file (drums) that constantly changes tempo

How do I make the grid follow this midi notes? It’s around 400 bars.

I want for example bar 89 stretched to the red midi note. Time warp doesn’t do the job :frowning:

Use Tempo Detection function, if this is already available in Cubase 5. Or use Time Warp tool to “drag” the beat line to the MIDI Note.
