I usually have a lot of tracks on my projects, and my interface and laptop have no problem playing them back.
But I recently took my laptop out of my house, and when I returned, my project was really laggy, and had a whole bunch of lags and skips on playback.
I tried reinstalling my interface drivers, but that’s not the case. I also tried the ASIO4ALL driver with my interface but it’s the same problem.
I don’t think that it’s the interface’s fault, because the each track glitches after I solo it, whether it’s with the focusrite or my computer’s audio card.
I use,
Cubase 5
Focusrite Scarlett 2i2
Any solutions?
