Cubase 5: WHAT SHOULD BE IN THE BOX?

Greetings.

I’ve purchased a used retail education version of Cubase 5. I’m suspicious that some of the software may be missing.

Does anybody know what the original contents of the box were?

Aloha s,

I am one of those guys that keeps everything. Ha!

Tho’ mine is not an

education version

Here is what is/was in my C5 box:

*Four DVD’s
Cubase 5/…VST Sound Collection/…Halion Symphonic Orch (trial version) (two discs)

*Dongle with ‘Steinberg Key Activation Guide’.

*Getting Started manual.

*Operation manual.

BTW
When compared to C6 and C7, the C5 box is ‘huge’.
And the Cubase 4 box is even more huge!!!

HTH (hope this helps)

Agreed. I have Cubase Studio 5 and it came with all the above minus the dongle. I guess because mine is an upgrade and I already had it from CS4.

Thanks for the replies, folks…I think mine is different being the Education Version. Mine came with the install DVD, additional VST Content Volume 1, and a full version of Halion Symphonic Orchestra (4 discs). Now having trouble registering/activating the software…started a separate thread on that.
