Cubase 6.5 Mac OSX Lion

Hello all

I am running Cubase 6.5 on OSX 10.6.8.
Is it now safe to switch to Lion?
What is the main difference?

What about plug ins from the likes of

Spectrasonics
Native Instruments
East West
Izotope
Audio Damage
RE FX
2C Audio
Altiverb
Do they work???
