Cubase 6.5 slow graphics problem

Hi everyone,

A few days ago, I bought cubase 6.5, (to work with 64 bit)
everything was going well, until I opened my C5 projects,
The graphics are very slow and cpu consumption increased significantly. (the same project in Cubase 5 runs perfect).
???
220 channels of audio, no vsti is running, only eq, comp, reverbs, delays, etc…

win7 ultimate x64 / i7 920@3.8ghz / 6gb GSkill trident /geforce xfx gts 250 ddr3 1gb/ ssd ocz vertex4 / x2 wd black sata 7200rpm.

any help is welcome :slight_smile:

im on this too.

Seems like video reqs needed is higher than asked in system rqs. i really dont know yet, have you set things to worrk properly yet?

I would suggest converting the tracks to work in C6.5. C5 was cool but why bother, you know, if you have the new program? The 200+ tracks thing is interesting. You do know Sgt. Pepper was recorded on a 4 track machine?
