Hi - Just for anybody coming down the road - add 1 to the group of XPers who have updated successfully to 6.0.5. It went without a hitch.
I first updated my USB-elicenser with the latest version of e-licenser (my music computer is non-internet), then double clicked on the 6.0.5 update icon I downloaded, followed the directions, and Bob’s your Uncle from there on in.
I haven’t confirmed yet that the files in the preference folder are mine as opposed to the defaults, but I’d copied my files over to another folder before updating, so if i find my templates/key commands/etc. aren’t right, I guess I can always just replace them as needed.
So far, so good!
