It seems like this GREAT feature http://www.steinberg.net/en/products/cubase/cubase6_new_features.html#/c6adv1 is not include in this revision. Am I wrong?
It is included. Do you have the NEK?
You don’t need NEK for this. Read the manual on how to do it. Basically add some tracks to a folder, activate grouping, make some hitpoints on the individual tracks you want to use as your ‘references’ to quantise. Then open up the new quantise panel (under edit menu) and add preference for your tracks with hitpoints. Then slice and fade your heart away 
I have to look for deeply… I could not find it in the new features manual. Is there a new upgraded manual?
