Cubase 6 resale (support form)

I sent a mail to get my licenser deactivated.
When i entered my message and send the request form i was returned to the knowledge page. I guess that meant that the message went away ok but i have not get an answer from Steinberg. Does anyone now how long it takes for an answer? i am a little bit troubled with if the message was sent properly
