Cubase 7.02

Hey guys,

I currently had Cubase 7 Upgrade installed on my Mac to version 7.01.
I currently changed DAW to my Windows 7 Machine and would like to install Cubase 7 on it. When I went to the downloads section I noticed that there Is no 7.01. just;
7.0
7.02 complete
7.03

My Dongle currently has Cubase 7.01 license installed on it. My questions are as follows;

  1. Can I download and install 7.02 Complete and my dongle will recognise that I have a License
  2. Does it matter that I had 7.01 installed on the Mac
  3. Do I need to install the core 7.0 from downloads again, I noticed that it is only a few hundred MB, where as my original download for Cubase 7 is 1.5gb (Cubase_7_Update_Installer_win)

Any help on the matter would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. I downloaded the 7.02 and 7.03 updates from Steinberg.,
When I tried to extract 7.02 I got a message saying that the first part (the exe was broken or corrupt) and need to redownload

Hi Chris,
you need to install Cubase 7.02 complete and 7.03 only, no need to install core 7.0.
if exe was broken :frowning: , you have to re-download it, no other options.

Thanks for the Info. I started the download last night before bed and it has still 44 mins to go, 12 hours later lol
My internet is crap.
Hopefully this installer works fine.
