Cubase 7 Elements, elicenser and new computer

I bought UR22 few months ago and I got Cubase AI with it. After that I updated to Cubase elements 7 buy purchasing the upgrade online.
Recently I changed to a new computer and I want to use my Cubase Elements on it.

If I want to change the existing Cubase Elements registration to my new computer, is the only way to get it to work to buy the Steinberg elicenser USB dongle?

You will need to do a software re-activation (through your MySteinberg account) if using the Soft-eLicenser system.
