Cubase 7 elements wont Install, "Unhandled Exception"

I recently purchased the UR22 bundle and it came with a download of Cubsase Elements 7. Everytime i go to install it, it comes up with an error:

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.
If you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit the application will close immediately.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

i click on continue and it goes through the typical process up until you actually have to install it and nothing happens. Please if anybody can help me i would greatly appreciate it thank you

What version of Windows ( or Mac ) are you using ?

I thought the UR22 came with Cubase AI, not Elements 7 :question:

The UR22 Bundle comes with elements 7 and wave labs 8

Then I guess Steinberg needs to update their info ! :unamused:

I think you should contact support on this issue.
