How to set the clock to Cubase 7 was taken from the Tyros 5.
If Cubase is a Master Clock is OK.
If Tyros 5 is a Master clock in Cubase 7 is not working.
How to configure Cubase ?

to my knowledge Cubase can only work as a Master Clock Souce.
No way to make your Tyros 5 the master for Cubase.
