Cubase 7 won't stay open

I open up Cubase 7.5 (last update version) and I get this error message

“Cubase 7 has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.”

The problem occurred when I wanted to bounce a song to a 2 track. During the time it was performing the task, the meter bar stopped at 83% and just stopped. I had to hit Ctrl, Alt, Dle, and reboot my PC. Now I cant get the program to stay open even if I try to open a new song.

Do I understand it correctly, this is while Export Audio Mixdown? What do you mean by “bounce to a 2 track”, please?

I am trying to figure out where in Cubase is creating the problem. When I go to File Export, Audio Mixdown on a song while it is exporting about 75% it all of a sudden closes Cubase. Trying to see if this happens with every song right now.
