Totally clean install Running 8.5 with Windows 10 64bit and have major issues with audio.
Mediabay has scanned directory OK but when selecting loops some play, some don’t and the waveform for the ones that don’t either doesn’t appear or appears in dotted lines, I click off and back on and they work, again sometimes. It also plays white noise when selecting a loop and then the whole of Cubase crashes!
Also ? have opened an old project created in 8 and some audio files in main project do not play and when I clock on the part the wave is not displayed. I have re imported the audio and some worked as expected and some didn’t!
Anyone else having these kinds of issues?
