I have installed cubase 8.5 from the website and it comes without Halion Sonic and Groove Agent. I tryed to install the vsts also from the website. When i try to running that in Cubase it says license not found, but all licenses is there at usb elicenser!!!
Any help will be appreciated.

Please run the Steinberg Download Assistant. It will install the latest versions of all licensing software such as the Steinberg Activation Manager.
