Cubase 8.5 pro Steinberg Hub does not connect

Hi there,
since it came up with Cubase 7, I got the problem that the Steinberg Hub does not connect. Tried a lot of things concerning firewall settings etc. and contacted my firewall/antivirus vendor via online session. They also could not solve the problem, so it does not seem to be a firewall issue. Anybody else got this problem? Any ideas?

Did you checked,if all relevant services are activated? Maybe in your Case, i would write the Problem to the Technical Support via your MySteinberg-Account. So you can maybe get fastly the Information, which Settings and Services are required for launching Steinberg-Hub-Internet-Support-Connection.
