Though all my Inputs Are Shown as active I can’t find any in the track audio options (on the left where you choose the input for the selected track).
This is new and I am getting frustrated …

Hi,
Make sure, proper Input Bus is created in VST Connections > Inputs. Make sure, the bus with the same count of channels is created (Stereo Track = Stereo Bus). You can use even other non-equal combination, but this is a certainty.
