Windows 7 64 bit, Cubase 8 Pro 64bit
New install of OS and Cubase.

Problem:
Cubase not quitting after closing the project, it leaves the Cubase toolbar frozen at the top of the screen.
I have to use Ctrl Alt Del to get it to quit all the way. The program seems to quit ok if I don’t load a project and quit straight away.

A few things to try in this thread. Nothing definitive to fix the issue though.

thanks! Yeah it seems I’m not the only one, but his problem fixed itself. I will wait and see what else comes up as a solution.
