Hi, i have a frustrating situation with my license and team cubase doesen’t respond to requests…
I have a cubase 7.5 license (see image attached) and i have bought the 8.5 upgrade (se in attached image), but in my steinberg account the system show me that i have cubase 8 pro license so when i try to add the 8.5 license in my licenser i receive the message that i cant do that because my key it is an upgrade from 7.5 to 8.5 not from 8 to 8.5… In the past was worked perfect my 8.5 cubase but now i have reinstalled my windows and i have installed all my softwares and now i can’t have the cubase 8.5 back.
What can i do, because the cubase team doesen’t respond…
