Cubase 8 Update Crashes

Hi All,

First of all, Hope you’re all well as I’m new to the forum so must pay my respects first!

Secondly, I have Artist 7 and want to upgrade to 8 but everytime I try to download the 9gb file, it keeps crashing and saying it’s invalid. I’m definitely within the grace period and checked through the forum for any ideas before posting on here but couldn’t find anything relating to my problem.

It sound like you are trying to install the Cubase 8 Pro update. You need to install the Cubase Artist update. Are you sure you have the correct download?

Hi… yes I’m downloading the artist 8 update from artist 7… always crashes and now I’m on the 7th attempt. getting slightly frustrating
